It is a blend of 60% Pinot Meunier grapes and 40% Pinot Noir grapes that remains eight months in a tank to mature and another two years in bottles in our cellars. « Blanc de Noirs » will amaze you with its strong body, its dark golden œil-de-perdrix colour, and its fine fizz.
With 6gr sugar per litre, this champagne will be perfect with your meals, specially games (pheasants, quails…) or cheese with a firm texture.
It is sold in bottles.
