Champagne blanc de blancs

This wine, the newborn from the Philippart house, is caracterised by fragances of hawthorn and pine trees. Pine sap seems to melt in this discreet and very elegant Chardonnay. Its pale colour and fine bubbles are a preamble ti its liveliness end freshness in the month. It may be drunk as an aperitif or with oysters, seafood, and white fish.
