Last winter was long and cold and vineyards had to adapt from the end of 2009 to the beginning of 2010. But that period of intense cold was not only an inconvenience since earth was cleaned up of parasites that usually prevent a good growth of the vine. First spring sunbeams are already warming the air and are looking forward for the arrival of spring…. and of all the occasions and parties that help us light up our mournful atmosphere.
